THE ELOPEMENT


The Elopement Package

By the hour

The Elopement package is perfect for your intimate wedding. With this package we charge by the hour! Starting with 1 hour of photography coverage and 50 artistically hand edited photographs of your choosing from an online proof gallery. Your proof gallery will be delivered to you by email, within 2 weeks of your wedding date. Your final gallery will be delivered to you via digital download.


Online viewing/ ordering gallery

All edited images will be delivered in an online gallery. From this gallery, you, friends and family are welcome to download images, order prints and share images.

 

A minimum travel fee of $50 is added to locations 20 miles away or more from zip code 34231.



FOUR HOUR WEDDING


A BUSHEL AND A PECK

 Base Package for 60 people or less

$2,000

 

With this package you receive 4 hours of photography coverage, 2 photographers (optional) and a minimum of 250 artistically hand edited images delivered to you via online gallery/ digital download within 4 weeks of your wedding date.

Discounted Engagement Session

We believe engagement sessions allow you to get comfortable in front of the camera while getting to know us! For that reason, they're discounted with this package. Sessions typically last about an hour and afterwards, you'll receive 30 edited images in an online gallery.

Second Photographer (optional)

A second photographer works as an assistant as well as my second pair of eyes to help capture every precious moment.

Online viewing/ ordering gallery

All edited images will be delivered in an online gallery. From this gallery, you, friends and family are welcome to download images, order prints and share images.

Photography/Day of timeline

Before your big day, we will sit down with you and create a "Wedding day Timeline". Including all the events of the day, this is where everything falls into place and you have a clear image of what your day will look like!

Family Photo List Template

This is important! By having this we are able to organize and move your family photos along in a prompt but courteous fashion. 

Two Scheduled Meetings

-Our first meeting (Phone/Zoom/over a cup of coffee, your choice!) we will discuss your expectations for your wedding photography. For example informing us on the most important images you'd like captured, or certain spots on the grounds that would be important to you to be photographed at. We will also get to learn a little bit more about you and your fiancé! Why you chose the venue you did, how you met, how long you've been together. All the fun stuff! We would also discuss any unique family dynamics that you may have. For example, divorced parents that don't get along, family members that would prefer not to be photographed together. Lastly, we would schedule your complimentary engagement session!

-Our second meeting is normally scheduled a month before your wedding day. This is the day that we create your wedding day timeline and go over your family photo list.

SIX HOUR WEDDING

6 hours of Wedding Photography


Base Package for 60 people or less

$2300+


With this package you receive 6 hours of photography coverage, 2 photographers and a minimum of 300 artistically hand edited photographs delivered to you via online gallery/ digital download within 4 weeks.

FAQ

DO YOU TAKE A DEPOSIT TO HOLD MY DATE?

A 20% deposit is taken when booking your date.

Do you take payment plans?

Typically 20% is due upon booking and the rest is due one week before the wedding. If you would like to split your payments up into month to month payments before the wedding, we can do that for you!

What is it like working with you?

I like to laugh, ALOT. So I'd like to think working together is fun! I am also very organized and I am able to communicate with you what your wedding day will look like from my perspective. The day of, I will be by your side most of the day making sure you look and feel like your absolute best. I am the type of photographer that will pose you for every shot while also making sure you feel like yourselves. You will not need to even think about what to do with your hands, because don't worry, I will tell you.

Who is your second shooter? Is it the same person every time?

I have the best second shooter/ assistant in the world. He has been working with me for 4 years and he is loved dearly by all of my clients and myself! He is an Environmental Engineer by day, but he says his favorite job is being my husband. If you book me for your wedding day, you will get the privilege of having an 8 hour double date with us! What Kind of equipment do you use?

Peter and I both use Cannon Mirrorless cameras. I have recently upgraded to the Cannon Mirrorless R6 and it is just a gem. We work with natural light as well as on camera and off camera flash. Most of the day you will see me with my favorite Cannon 24-70 2.8 and Peter with his favorite Sigma Art 24 mm 1.4!

How do you deliver our images?

I deliver all galleries through a shared online gallery program. Once I am done editing your images I upload them onto your very own personal gallery. Once they are uploaded, I then send them to you via email and you are able to view ad download the gallery right onto your computer. My favorite feature of this program is that you are able to share your gallery link with all of your family and friends. You and your loved ones are also able too rder prints right off your gallery site.

A complimentary USB thumbrive will also be sent to you in the mail if you booked an 8 hour wedding. You may also choose to purchase a USB thumbdrive for $30 if it is not included in your package.

Do you offer wedding albums?

I do offer wedding albums and prints. You and your loved ones can order prints right off your wedding gallery.

Do you charge a travel fee?

A travel fee is added for events 20 miles outside zip code 34231.

WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU HAVE AN EMERGENCY AND CAN'T PHOTOGRAPH MY WEDDING?

This is a great question. With the uncertainty of the last few years, I know this is on everyone's mind! But not to worry, we have a wonderful community full of talented photographers always willing to step in if the worst happens.
